I offer services designed to help you prepare for and conduct an effective job search—with the goal of landing job interviews and ultimately offers as quickly as possible. The services mainly include professional résumé writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and interview/job search coaching.
As a key part of that, I can help you move forward with your job search by identifying ways to showcase your value to the employers you want to target. I will work with you to create a compelling presentation that distinguishes you from your competition. If you have areas of concern, I help you determine the best approach to handle them and minimize any potential negative impact.
If you’re seriously interested in advancing your career, I’m confident you will care about working with a qualified, supportive expert who can help you focus your time and energy effectively to achieve that goal.
To determine which service is right for you, I recommend that you look at what you’ve decided your needs are and evaluate the available services in light of that. If something doesn’t seem like a good fit or feels uncomfortable, check it out further. You might end up making a different choice.
What I can do is partner with you to clarify goals and approaches, identify key needs and available resources, and develop a job search plan tailored to your specific situation.
For the past several years, I have focused mainly on working with senior managers and executives who are committed to moving forward but know they don’t have all the resources they need to do it on their own. My ideal client falls into two broad categories: (a) Senior-level people who are aiming for a new or different position; (b) executives who are targeting a corporate board seat, rather than a job.
My services are designed for senior management, although they can apply to job seekers at lower levels as well. However, most of my clients these days fall into “VP and above” categories.
The easiest, most straightforward way for you to get started on possibly working with me is to schedule a preliminary, no-obligation phone consultation. You can do that on the home page of this website. The scheduler allows you to see the openings I currently have available and choose one that suits your needs. Once we’ve had the consultation, I can suggest possible next steps, which often include a project quote for recommended services.
Do you need more information? If you’ve explored my website, you’ll have a lot of information already, but you can send an email or schedule a call to get more details. I’d be glad to explain further.
Basically, I’m happy to answer questions if you have any. The most effective way to get in touch with me is by sending an email or scheduling a call. You can also call me directly, but I’m not always able to answer—for example, if I have a client consultation or project deadlines to meet. You can leave a voicemail in such cases, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible when I’m free.
